Custom Table Lamps

Mark is making a pair of custom table lamps.

One of our collectors asked Mark to make a pair of large lamps for their bedside tables. After they selected the shape of the lamp and the glaze colors, Mark started designing the lamps and ordering electrical parts.

So far, he has thrown two halves and connected them to form a large hollow sphere. In the video below he is forming the lamp to the right shape.

The work is going to be interrupted for a few weeks because Mark is going to have knee replacement surgery on June 23. We’ll be closed that day and Mark will be out of the studio for a while. I’ll let you know when he returns.
